Inquiry and Information Gathering
Prospective parents/guardians can start the process by making an inquiry through our school website or by contacting the admissions office directly.Information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, programs, and admission criteria is made available to the prospective parents.
Campus Visit
We encourage interested families to schedule a visit to our school campus. This visit provides an opportunity to tour the facilities, meet staff, and get a sense of the school’s environment.
Application Submission
Parents/guardians can complete the online application form available on our website or obtain a physical copy from the admissions office.A non-refundable application fee is required at this stage.
Supporting Documentation
Along with the application form, parents/guardians will need to submit a set of supporting documents, which may include:
- Birth certificate or passport
- Previous academic transcripts (if applicable)
- Letters of recommendation (if required)
- Medical records and vaccination history
These documents help us assess the student’s academic history and any special needs or accommodations.
Assessment/Interview
Depending on the grade level and program, students may be required to participate in an admission assessment, interview, or both. This step helps us understand the student’s readiness and abilities.
Admission Decision
The admissions committee will carefully review all applications and make decisions based on the provided information, interviews, and assessments. Parents/guardians will be informed of the admission decision within a reasonable timeframe
Enrollment and Registration
Upon acceptance, parents/guardians will be required to pay acceptance fees whish is a part of the fee and are provided with an enrollment package that includes necessary forms, financial information, and details about orientation.Enrollment is completed by submitting the required forms and fees, signifying a commitment to joining our school community.
Orientation
All new students and their families are invited to attend an orientation session to familiarize themselves with our school’s policies, procedures, and community.
Transition Support
We offer transition support to new students to help them acclimate to their new environment and foster a smooth integration into our school community.
