Registration Requirement
- Proof of Age: Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- A photocopy of transfer certificate from last institution attended (where applicable).
- 2 recent passport size photographs
- Report card from last school (where applicable).
- Immunization records: Prior to registration, all parents are requested to submit up-to-date immunization records for their children. (Preschool)
